All of the items available to purchase on this website are delivered by secure courier delivery. Once your purchase has been dispatched you will be supplied with a tracking code. You will be able to track the progress of your delivery via the delivery company's web site. All necessary details will be supplied to you within the order update emails we send out.

Items are delivered directly from our European Manufacturers, this ensures the lowest prices and great value for money. Please allow 5-15 working days for the item to be dispatched and up to 5 working days for delivery of the item. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 14 days.

In the case of merchandise being lost during delivery we will work with you until an outcome is reached. Items are packed safely and securely. In very rare cases when you suspect that the item was damaged during transit please do not sign the delivery card, we cannot make a claim if the goods have been signed for and by signing you accept the item in the received condition. We are unable to take responsibility for the fees related to not responding to the Courier card(s).
